Capco® SuperService is available
nationwide within a 24 hour period, depending on the location of the machine installation.
Outside of the United States, Capco® has local service partners that take care
of the customers with the same important goal of total customer satisfaction.
Capco® offers a Preventive Maintenance Program
(PMP) that includes semi-annual or annual visits by the Capco®
SuperService Team for a thorough inspection of the machine. This service keeps the
machine performance at a maximum.
Capco® also offers recurrent operator training
so that the operators can maximize the productivity and return on investment of the
machine.
